Technology

 

Precisely release the subgrade side slope line. In order to ensure the width of the subgrade, widen each side by 0.5m, level the dry base soil and use a 12T vibratory roller, a 25T or more tire roller or a 2.5T rammer to compact the uneven surface. The place is artificially leveled (no leveling with thin layers).

 

The 0.3m thick medium (crude) sand was laid, and the mechanical roller was manually levelled and the 25T vibratory roller was statically pressed twice.

 

When laying geogrids, the bottom surface of the geogrid shall be flat and dense. Generally, the bottom shall be laid flat and straightened. No curling or kinking shall be allowed. The adjacent two geogrids shall overlap by 0.2m, and the geogrid shall be transversely along the roadbed. The lap joints are connected with the 8th iron wire every 1 meter, and are fixed to the ground with U-nails every 1.5-2 meters on the laid grille.

 

After the first layer of geogrid is laid, it begins to fill in the second layer of medium (thick) sand with a thickness of 0.2m. The method is: the sand is transported from the car to the construction site and unloaded on the side of the roadbed, and then pushed forward with a bulldozer. After 0.1m is filled within 2m on both sides of the roadbed, the first layer of geogrid is torn up and then filled with 0.1m of medium (coarse) sand. It is forbidden to fill and push forward on both sides of the road. All kinds of machinery are prohibited. The earthwork grille is not filled with medium (coarse) sand to ensure that the geogrid is flat, without drums, and without wrinkles. After leveling in the second layer (coarse) sand, horizontal measurement is required to prevent it. The thickness of the filling is not uniform. After the leveling is correct, the 25T vibratory roller is used for static pressure twice.

 

The second layer geogrid construction method is the same as the first layer method, and then the middle (coarse) sand 0.3m is filled. The method of filling is the same as the first layer. After the static pressure is applied twice by the 25T road roller, the foundation reinforcement of the roadbed is completed. It is processed.

 

After the (crude) sand rolling in the third layer is completed, two geogrids are laid on both sides of the slope in the longitudinal direction of the line, overlapped by 0.16m, and connected in the same way. Then the earthwork construction work is started, and the earthwork is laid. For the slope protection of the grid, the paved edges must be measured on each floor, and each side must ensure that the geogrid is buried within the slope within 0.10 m after the slope is repaired.

 

Every time the slope geogrid is filled with two layers of soil, that is, when the thickness is 0.8m, a layer of geogrid will be laid on both sides, and then pushed until it is laid under the soil on the surface of the shoulder.

 

After the embankment is well-filled, the slopes shall be repaired in time, and dry stone slabs shall be protected at the foot of the slope. Except for each side of the road section being widened by 0.3m, a settlement of 1.5% shall be reserved.
